1. Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Times

• Netherlands/Belgium: typically 1–3 business days
• Germany: typically 3–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping

We ship with PostNL, DHL, GLS and DPD. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands: € 6.95
• Free shipping on orders over € 50
• Outside the Netherlands: rates are shown at checkout

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report within 48 hours via info@culina-eu.com including your order number and photos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Delayed Delivery

HT Hommerce is not responsible for delays outside our control, such as carrier delays.
