Return Conditions

Dear customer,

We're sorry to hear you'd like to return your product. To make the process smooth, please review the following return conditions:

• Return period: You have 50 days to register your return.
• Return label: After registration, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
• Clean condition: The product must be returned completely clean. If not, cleaning fees may apply.
• Packaging: The original box and protective foam must be used. Missing packaging? Please contact customer service first.

Return Instructions

1. Clean the product

• Remove all litter residue
• Wipe the unit clean
• Use a dry cloth

2. Pack with care

• Use the original packaging
• Ensure the protective foam is in place
• Seal the box securely with tape

Refunds

Once we have inspected your return, your refund will be issued via the original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
